The EUROSUPERALLOYS 2014 conference provides an opportunity for companies to increase their visibility within the Superalloys community. This event attracts a wide and diverse audience and through sponsorship, you can create awareness of your company, your products and services.
The following sponsorship options are available for the EUROSUPERALLOYS 2014 conference.
In all cases, your logo will be set on the Final Program and nearby the sponsored event together with the possibility to display a poster on your company’s activities. The color logo of your company will appear on the Final Program, on the conference website with a link to your company’s website, and on the marketing documents.
Welcome Cocktail:
Around 300 persons are expected at the Welcome Cocktail on Monday 12th May. The color logo of your company will be displayed near the buffets. Single offer. This option has found a sponsor.
One full Plenary Lecturer invitation: 3 000 €
The Plenary Lecture will be labeled in the Final Program with the logo of your company.
Banquet Aperitif: 2 000 €
Around 300 persons are expected for the Banquet which will be held on Wednesday 14th May. The color logo of your company will be displayed near the buffets. Single offer.
Open Bar for one poster session (beer and soft drinks for 2 hours):
Two opportunities are offered to sponsor the Open Bar at the poster sessions on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th. The color logo of your company will be displayed near the posters. This option has found a sponsor.
Incentive Evening: 700 €
Around 300 persons are expected at the Incentive Evening. Music after dinner, with dancing, could be organized. Single offer.
Most significant paper Award:
The Award announcement ceremony will be labeled in the Final Program with the logo of your company. A representative of your company will hand over the Award. Single offer. This option has found a sponsor.
Best poster Award:
The Poster Sessions will be labeled in the Final Program with the logo of your company. A representative of your company will hand over the award. Single offer. This option has found a sponsor.
