Proceedings

The proceedings will be presented through Electronic Publishers services. A 6 page paper (with figures and bibliography) is requested from the authors for publications on a web site.

All authors are reminded that this final paper is due on March 14, 2014, following the attached template. Please refer to the dedicated page.

The proceedings should be available at the beginning of the Conference

Conference fees ALL INCLUSIVE

The proposed packages include the conference registration with abstract booklets and proceedings access, accommodation and all meals from Monday 12th (including dinner) to Friday 16th (including lunch), the sightseeing tour, the conference dinner.

• 750 € for students

• 1100 € for industry and university attendees in regular rooms

• 1300 € for industry and university attendees in superior rooms

• 400 € for accompanying persons in superior rooms.

Please note : a superior room has a private bathroom.

A regular room has a shared bathroom (for two rooms).

Preference for sharing has to be mentioned sfmm@wanadoo.fr.

Eurosuperalloys 2014 begins Monday 12th evening with a welcome conference and a dinner. T

Bus transportation to the conference (and return), from Toulon (airport and central Station) and Nice International Airport, Terminal 1, will be organized, included in the fees (timetable).

In each airpport, students will be waiting for you at:

- Toulon-Hyères Airport lobby, or

- Terminal 1 of Nice Airport, near the "Meeting point" located on the ground floor "Arrivals";

a free shuttle, (blue bus) can be used between Terminal 2 (national flights) and Terminal 1.

Late registration: after April 12, 2014: penalty of 130€ for all participants.

Repayment clauses:

Cancellation before February 12th 2014: full refund,

Cancellation between February 13th and March 12th: 75 % refund,

Cancellation between March 13th and April 12th: 50% refund,

Cancellation after April 12th: no refund at all.
