The Belambra Resort offers numerous bedrooms as well as large meeting rooms and is considered to be an ideal venue for hosting the international superalloys scientific and industrial community (see below images from the Club).

 

A free afternoon will be dedicated to a sightseeing tour. 

 

TRAVEL / Shuttle timetable

 

Travelling to the resort is quite convenient either:

• by train (High Speed Train, TGV, from Paris) stopping at railway station "Toulon" about 15 km away, (shuttles timetable below) or
• by plane (direct flights from Paris and several European towns):
• Toulon-Hyères airport about 15 km away (shuttles timetable below).
• Nice International airport (150km) (shuttles timetable below) or
• Marseille International airport (110km).
• by car: you may use Google Map below. Please note: close to destination, on road "D197", do not stop at "Club Belambra, Riviera Beach" (holydays club), but keep going towards the south-east end of the peninsula, "Avenue de l'Esterel" and stop at "Club Belambra, Les Criques".

Bus transport, (included in the fees):

upon arrival on Monday, May 12, afternoon:

- from Nice International Airport to Congress site: 14:30 and 17:30,

- from Toulon railway Central Station, (stop over at Toulon-Hyères Airport): 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00.

 

upon departure on Friday May 16 afternoon:

- from Congress site to Nice Airport: 12:30 and 14:30,

- from Congress site to Toulon railway Central Station, (stop over at Toulon-Hyères Airport): 12:30 and 15:00.

 

Meeting points: in each airpport, students will be waiting for you at:

- Toulon-Hyères Airport lobby, or

- Terminal 1 of Nice Airport, near the "Meeting point" located on the ground floor "Arrivals";

   a free shuttle, (blue bus) can be used between Terminal 2 (national flights) and Terminal 1.
