Fatigue2018

Guide for Authors balls

Instructions for oral presentations

Please note that the speakers of oral presentation were requested to register to the conference not later than 11 April 2018 otherwise their presentation will be withdrawn.

Oral presenters are kindly requested to bring their presentation on a memory stick (.ppt, .pptx or .pdf files preferably). The presentation must be uploaded to one of the computers available in the preview room no later than 2 hours before start of your session. Staff members will be present in the preview room as in the conference room to provide assistance when needed. Due to the large number of presentations and the tight time schedule, it will not be possible to use your laptop for your presentation. If you require your presentation to be deleted after the session, please arrange that with the staff assistance in the preview room.

The time for a regular presentation is 15 min + 5 min for questions and answers (Plenary: 35 min + 10 min; Keynote lectures: 30 min+10 min). The chairpersons are urged to strictly enforce this allocated time, in particular in order to ensure the synchronization between parallel sessions and stick with the timetable.
